Robert Males
Born in 1964 Robert qualified as a solicitor in 1989 joining Underwoods
as an assistant in 1991 and equity Partner since 1997. He is the firm's
Managing Partner.
He is a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel and is responsible
for the day-to-day decisions on risk management at the firm.
Robert has risk assessed in excess of 3,000 cases.
He has conducted a wide variety of in-house lectures and seminars
on personal injury, employment and management issues. He has lectured
on sports injury law and on the compulsory Risk Assessment course
for the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel as well as for local law
societies. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Advanced Legal
Studies.
Robert has a wide range of advocacy experience including appearing
at employment tribunals, magistrates and county court trials where
he has conducted multi-track trials opposing counsel.
Robert is a Regional Committee Member of the charity Sports Aid.
He has conducted interviews for television and the press and regularly
with MPs and Government Ministers on legal issues.
As a Director of Law Abroad Ltd he is involved in lecturing and off-shoring
legal work to South Africa. |
